Scott Karosa, born November 11th, is an American businessman. He is the President of Tri-Star Management, Inc. His private holding company is based in Henderson, Nevada.
After graduating from High School in Las Vegas, Scott Karosa enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he was promoted often and received an Honorable Discharge after receiving a top secret clearance and earning rifle and pistol expert awards as well as being the Battalion Liaison for NBC (Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Warfare). Scott Karosa also earned first class on every PFT (personal fitness test) during his stay in the Marines. Scott Karosa turned down an opportunity to attend NAPS (Naval Academy Prep School) and the Naval Academy to pursue professional sports, after playing quarterback for the All-Marine football team for two years, helping lead the team to a 20-2 record. Scott Karosa was also a professional kick boxer compiling a record of 58-1 before receiving his discharge from the Marine Corps.
Scott Karosa was invited to the Los Angeles Rams training camp in 1980 as a walk on. After being cut from the team in the last week, Karosa returned to Las Vegas and UNLV where he majored in business management. He later completed his studies in finance at Boston College.

Early Career
In 1984, Karosa left his management job at American Express to form Tri-Star Management, Inc. A Nevada corporation with operating subsidiaries in finance, real estate, mortgage lending, insurance and management consulting. The finance division was shut down in 2011 to allow Tri-star Management to focus its attention on Hi-Rise condo lending and also to serve the Hispanic Market place. At its peak, the investment operation managed assets in excess of $750,000,000.
Tri-Star Management, Inc is also involved in sports, and entertainment management, working with and representing professional athletes, and entertainers and handling contract negotiations and commercial endorsements. 
Tri-Star Management's focus in 2012 turned to mortgage lending where it's lending subsidiary All American Home Mortgage became the pioneer in providing financing for the purchase of Hi-Rise condos and condotels in Nevada and California.
Tri-Star Management's Insurance subsidiary; Nevada Insurance Services represents 31 Insurance carriers in the life health and annuity space while Tri- Star Realty, Tri-star Management's real estate division caters to Hi-performing realtors and brokers who provide a white glove experience for its buyers and sellers.

Non-Profit and Charity Work
Karosa is also involved in non-profit and political causes. Scott Karosa served on the board of directors of Make-A-Wish for four years, and has been on the board of directors for the Nevada Partnership of Homeless Youth (NPHY) for 11 years, with the last two years as Chairman Of The Board. Karosa also serves on the executive advisory board for the College of Business at UNLV.
He has served as an economic advisor to elected officials in the States of Nevada and California and from 2011-2012 served as an economic advisor to Herman Cain during his presidential run for office.
Scott Karosa is an avid tennis player and golfer who enjoys working out and donating time to charity.
